This is the most fluffy frosting you can ever make!
It's so light and tasty that you can not stop eating.
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
First we poor sugar, water and egg whites in a Bain-Marie saucepan and stir until it turns white (or until turn 75C/350K) .
Then we add the rest of the ingredients and we whip for 7-10 minutes.
The frosting is ready to decorate our cupcakes!
This frosting looks so lovely that I wouldn't add more decorating elements.
It's also healthier than buttercream, because doesn't contain butter or so much sugar.
I decorated some of them with my Quick & Easy Edible Glitter in pink-purple color
